I should have gotten this sooner

This is a case based approach to general surgery. Wish I started reading this earlier during my general rotation. There were multiple times when we had a lecture from a resident or attending and it was exactly what was reviewed in this book. Surgical Attending Rounds and Surgical Recall are all you need for your surgery rotations!!!!

This book was recommended by one of the surgery doctors at our school and I have been reading it during my surgery rotation. Good information and the case related material helps to easily learn the topics.

I think this is much more helpful for an individual going in to surgery than your average medical student. It is well organized and well written but quite dense.
